What Documents Do I Need To Apply For A US Business Visa?

When applying for a US business visa, there are specific requirements you will need to provide. These documents may include the following:

  • Passport: All applicants for a business visa are to have a valid passport that’s over six months due date.
  • Application Form: A completed visa application form.
  • Photograph: You must attach two passport photographs of yourself to the application form.

  • Your business registration documents (if applicable).
  • A fee of $160 and the receipt after payment.
  • A letter stating the purpose and plans for your business in the US.
  • Evidence of strong ties in your home country – Eg. Marriage certificates.
  • Criminal record from the police department or any other law enforcement agency in your home country.

Once you have gathered the required documents, ensure you bring them along for your interview.
