Quebec Provincial Program

A significant deal between federal authorities and the federal government of Canada and Quebec allows the province to choose its immigrants. Through sponsorships that are not governmental, Privately sponsored refugees are allowed admission into the country. Most sponsors are religious organizations or groups of individuals who work together to aid refugees in settling into their communities for different reasons. They receive aid from the government and other private organizations in their first six months within the country. The immigrants may get an entire year of assistance through private sponsors. Asylum Seekers

The Refugee Board of Canada and the Refugee Protection Division must vouch for all refugees who receive admission and are granted permanent residency. Suppose they are in a situation where they could have legal rights. In that case, those who wish to apply for permanent residency in the spirit of humanitarianism and compassion may be granted permanent residence.

After the application has been submitted and approved, the IRCC will determine how well immigrants have been integrated. They also consider the other elements, including relatives, dependents, and the consequences of returning to homelands. This method is not used as frequently and only in extreme situations.
